By downloading, registering for, accessing or using Samudaay, you agree to these Terms.

Samudaay is a technology platform designed to help communities, trusts, associations, families, trustees and members manage community-related activities.
Features may vary between communities.
Users must provide accurate information and must meet any age or eligibility requirements applicable to the particular feature.
Unless specifically permitted through a parent, guardian or authorised community arrangement, users must be at least 18 years old to independently create and manage an account.
Certain features may be restricted to adults.
Children must not independently access adult-only features, including matrimonial or other age-restricted services.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except where caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.
Community administrators may establish their own membership criteria and verification procedures.
Samudaay provides the technology infrastructure and does not independently guarantee:
Users should exercise appropriate caution when interacting with other users.
Where KYC or identity verification is required, users must provide genuine and accurate documents.
Fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
If you add information about family members, you confirm that you have the appropriate authority or permission to provide that information.
You must not knowingly provide false, misleading or unauthorised personal information about another person.
Events may be created by communities, trustees, organisers or authorised administrators.
Event organisers are responsible for event-specific information, arrangements, cancellations and applicable refund policies unless otherwise expressly stated.
Samudaay may provide technology for processing donations to participating communities, trusts or organisations.
Users must ensure that donation information submitted by them is accurate.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
Samudaay does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any payment gateway.
Payment failures, reversals, refunds or disputes may be subject to the payment provider’s terms and the applicable merchant/community policy.
Users must not use fraudulent payment methods.
Samudaay may provide matrimonial or matchmaking functionality to eligible adult users.
Users must independently verify information before entering into personal, financial or matrimonial relationships.
Users must never use matrimonial functionality to:
Educational records may be uploaded by parents, guardians or authorised community users.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the authority to upload such information.
Samudaay does not independently verify the accuracy of educational information.
Users may submit content including photographs, videos, text, comments, reviews, chat messages and other material.
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Samudaay a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content solely as necessary to provide, operate, secure and improve the Service.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.
Samudaay maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quix Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quix Solution Private Limited, its officers, employees and service providers against claims, losses or expenses arising from:

Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Quix Solution Private Limited in Vadodara, Gujarat.
