2. Eligibility

3. User Accounts

Users agree to:

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

4. Community Rules

Users must not:

• Share hateful, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.

5. Donations

Donations made through Samudaay are processed on behalf of participating community organizations or trusts.

Samudaay acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for how recipient organizations utilize donated funds, except where expressly stated.

Applicable refund policies, if any, will be communicated by the relevant organization.

Samudaay provides a platform to connect community members. We do not guarantee:

• Marriage outcomes
• Accuracy of user-submitted information

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making personal decisions.

7. Education Records

Educational records are stored based on information submitted by parents, guardians, or authorized users.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and lawfulness of the information they upload.

8. Family Registry

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate family records.

Unauthorized inclusion of another person’s information without appropriate authority is prohibited.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Samudaay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, process, and use such content solely for providing the services.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, designs, source code, graphics, and content owned by Samudaay remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited except as permitted by law.

11. Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous availability.

Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events may temporarily affect access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samudaay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the application.

• Misuse community resources.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts having jurisdiction over the location of Samudaay’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
